How long does a home inspection take?
The average Indianapolis home inspection takes two to four hours. The size of the home and number of systems involved may dictate how long it takes.
What is included in a home inspection report?
Your home inspection report will cover the property top to bottom. All Major building structures and systems will be covered. All rooms, decks, patios, attached or detached garages and any other readily accessible area will be inspected and photographed.
How much does your home inspection service cost?
The cost of a home inspection in Indianapolis is $325 for a home up to 2000 Square feet. Cost increases with the size of the home and any additional services requested. Please see our customer portal when you schedule your inspection for more information.
Do I have to attend the home inspection?
Attending the inspection gives you a chance to learn about your new home and I recommend attending even if it is just toward the end of the inspection. If you cannot attend you will be getting a very detailed report and you can call to have any questions answered.
When will I get my report?
Your home inspector uses comprehensive and modern reports. While the report will be finished on site with high quality photos and videos, your Inspector will take the necessary time it needs to make a detailed and accurate report. All reports will be available through our customer portal by the end of the next business day. If not your report is free.
Do sellers or agents get a copy of the home inspection report?
No. I work for you and it is your report. You can decide who sees your report. I can forward copies to your agent or others but only with your approval.
